Dance belongs everywhere. In communities, on streets, in schools and in the lives of people who never thought it was meant for them.
Our performances travel and stay with you. Our programmes change how young people see themselves, how men connect, how communities take shape, how we all connect.
And in all of it – in every session, every show, every room full of people who didn’t know each other an hour ago – there is joy. Real, unguarded, unexpected joy.
That’s what we’re here for.
Everyone is a dancer. Everywhere is a dance floor.

Boys in Motion
A place to move. A place to grow.
Some things you have to experience before you believe them. Young men – who’d never danced, never thought about dancing, never been given a reason to – walking into a room and finding out what they’re capable of.
The Big Movement
A national movement for men.
No experience. No performance. No pressure to be anyone except yourself. Men showing up, moving together and leaving feeling something they did not expect: connection, confidence and belonging. The buzz. The joy. Join us.

Move Your Space
Movement that shapes communities.
Move Your Space is what happens when communities shape the spaces around them together. What begins as activity becomes transformation. What begins as participation becomes pride.
Movement Makers
Lasting change happens when people are empowered to create it for others.
Together, we develop the skills, confidence and support needed to lead movement in ways that feel welcoming, accessible and alive.

Made to move
Dance that travels. Movement that stays with you.
Original touring productions that move between theatres, public spaces and unexpected places, meeting audiences wherever they are. Bold, physical and built to bring people together.
