Whether you’re looking to give your time as an individual or bring your colleagues together for a volunteering day, you’ll be helping create experiences that build confidence, strengthen communities and open doors for people who may never have imagined movement was for them.

From festivals and performances to workshops, schools and community programmes, every volunteer helps us reach further, welcome more people and make our work even more accessible to those who need it most.

Whether you have a few hours to spare or would like to become a regular volunteer, we’d love to hear from you. No previous dance or arts experience is needed. What matters most is enthusiasm, reliability and a willingness to support others.
